Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Schlager has represented the rights and interests of lenders and investors as well as owners and operators of commercial properties across his region. Mr. Schlager graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. While there, he served as co-president of the Wharton Real Estate Club, and he won the Seevak Website Competition. He then attended Suffolk University Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor with distinction in 2015, maintaining a particular focus on business law. In recognition for his selfless service to his community, he received the President's Volunteer Service Award.

Mr. Schlager is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, where he serves as vice chair of the Young Lawyers Division's Real Property, Trust and Estates Committee. He is also a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, among his other professional affiliations.
