At Nathanson & Goldberg, the fee structure is based on hourly charges ranging from para-professional rates of less than $100 per hour to senior partners at $325 per hour. Generally, a retainer is required for legal services. A fixed-fee arrangement may also be available for a single purpose transaction. On occasion, attorneys will work on a contingency basis if an advance minimum fee can be agreed upon.
